The Soul Renovation Life Coaching program exists to help individuals learn and integrate the positive life-change principles and experience deeper satisfaction in their relationship with God, others and themselves.
LIFE COACHING 101 (FOUNDATIONS)
Life Coaching 101 is a nine-week experience designed to introduce the key building blocks of this positive life-change program. In FOUNDATIONS the participants will achieve the following:
• Discover the three principles essential to embracing their true identity.
• Recognize and give thanks for their unique gifts and talents.
• Find out how to identify and replace their negative thoughts and beliefs with something much better.
• Learn four behaviors that will take their lives, relationships, or teams to the next level.
• Develop a skill of accepting – and even enjoying – both their positive qualities and negative behaviors.
Details of this opportunity:
• Life Coaching 101 takes place for MEN in a small group setting on a weekly basis.
• Thursdays (6:30-8:30am) starting October 1 and ending December 3. (off on Thanksgiving)
• Cost is just $149 (includes workbook and (2) one-hour personal coaching sessions with Keith.

LIFE COACHING 201 (FRAMEWORK)
Life Coaching 201 is a nine-week experience designed to equip participants in the internal ‘operating system’ of this life-change program. In FRAMEWORK the participants will achieve the following:
• Discover why their old coping mechanisms never lasted.
• Learn new ways to respond to the people and things that irritate them.
• Find freedom from the hurts, resentments and struggles of their past.
• Begin to practice the secret ingredient for the healing they long for.
• Receive training in ‘how’ to forgive (rather than simply being told they ‘should’ forgive).
• Practice making amends and learn to implement amends into their daily life.
• Learn how to replace the old with the new and start getting the positive life-change they desire.
Details of this opportunity:
• Life Coaching 201 takes place in a small group of same-sex individuals on a weekly basis.
• The group begins the week of January 11, 2010 and lasts nine weeks.
• Cost is just $149 (includes workbook and (2) one-hour personal coaching sessions with Keith.
• NOTE: Life Coaching 101 is a pre-requisite for participating in Life Coaching 201.

LIFE COACHING 301 (FINISHES)
Life Coaching 301 is a nine-week experience designed to test and sharpen the skills of each participant, as well as, prepare them to approach any future career or relational challenge with the confidence and skill to successfully reach their desired outcome. Participants of FINISHES will achieve the following:
• Develop a positive plan of action for the ‘ongoing health’ of their souls.
• Learn to identify and work through their fears.
• Discover what’s beneath their compensating behaviors and find the path to freedom.
• Uncover any attitudes and behaviors that negatively affect their sexuality and learn a new way.
• Find out how to pass on this positive life-change program to others.
• See why teaching the principles to others is the best way to take their renovation to the next level.

• The group begins the week of March 22, 2010 and last nine weeks.
• Cost is just $149 (includes workbook and (2) one-hour personal coaching sessions with Keith.
• NOTE: Life Coaching 101 and 201 are pre-requisites for participating in Life Coaching 201.
